When a requirement matches your location, property type, availability and intended use, Harrowen can contact you to establish whether the accommodation is suitable.
Joining the network does not mean every property will suit every requirement. Matching depends on the individual client specification and the characteristics of the accommodation.

Commercial model
Clear commercial terms before you accept a requirement.
For standard corporate accommodation requirements, Harrowen operates on a supplier-side commission model.
Harrowen's commission is calculated against the agreed accommodation value and reflects the work involved in generating, qualifying and coordinating the requirement.
The applicable commission and commercial terms are confirmed with the property partner before any requirement is accepted. There is no obligation to proceed simply because a requirement has been presented.
Under Harrowen's standard corporate model, there is no separate sourcing or platform fee charged to the corporate client.
Public-sector requirements
Public-sector requirements may operate under different procurement, contracting or pricing arrangements. Where this applies, the proposed commercial structure will be explained before the property partner decides whether to accept the requirement.

Not every property will be suitable for every Harrowen requirement. Suitability depends on the client's specification, intended use and the characteristics of the individual property.

Before accommodation is used for a requirement, Harrowen may request information relevant to the property, intended occupancy and client specification.
The precise information required may vary according to the property type, intended use and the requirements of the organisation purchasing or commissioning the accommodation.

Control
No exclusivity by default.
Joining the Harrowen network does not, by itself, require a property partner to commit a property exclusively to Harrowen.
When a relevant requirement arises, availability and commercial terms can be confirmed before anything is proposed or agreed.
Any exclusivity, management or other longer-term arrangement would need to be agreed separately.
