Harrowen assesses accommodation requirements across the UK and sources suitable private-sector supply around the location, timing, occupancy and specification of each requirement.

Coverage follows the requirement.
Harrowen does not operate from a fixed national property inventory. Instead, accommodation is sourced around each individual requirement.
When a business or public-sector requirement is received, we assess where the accommodation is needed, when it is required, who will occupy it, the appropriate property type and the practical or operational criteria that need to be satisfied.
Suitable private-sector supply can then be identified through landlords, operators, property managers and other accommodation providers in and around the relevant location.
This means coverage can vary according to the timing, specification and available supply for each requirement.

Tell us where the accommodation is required.
A town or city is enough to start. Where the requirement relates to a particular workplace, project, hospital, development, postcode or operational site, include that as well.

Single or multiple locations
One requirement can cover more than one location.
Some accommodation requirements are concentrated around one site. Others involve teams, personnel or accommodation needs across several towns, projects or operational locations.
Harrowen can assess those locations as part of the same requirement and coordinate the sourcing process around the different dates, occupancies and property needs involved.
This is particularly useful for organisations managing project mobilisation, regional work programmes, recurring accommodation demand or requirements spanning more than one area.
Availability
Suitable supply is assessed when the requirement is received.
Accommodation availability changes continually. A location that has suitable options for one set of dates or occupancy requirements may have different options for another.
Harrowen therefore assesses availability against the actual requirement rather than relying on a static list of locations or properties.
The result is a sourcing process centred on what is required at the time, rather than asking the client to fit the requirement into predetermined inventory.
